Hatman is a fun, retro-style arcade game based on the hit Pac-Man series. It is the first game of the Hat Swap City Metaverse and features your NFT Hat as your character as well as a play-to-earn reward system.
Dash down the streets of Hat Swap City and pack your bag with tokens before you get rugged! Hatman features play-to-earn Hat Coin (HTC) rewards. Hatman is the first game of the Hat Swap City meta-verse, establishing the foundational technology to deliver the larger vision of Hat Swap City.
In order to play-to-earn in Hatman, the player must either hold a HAT NFT or pay a one-time token price to enable the rewards to that wallet.
Hatman is a straight-forward game that makes play-to-earn blockchain gaming accessible and easy for everyone.
Use your HAT NFTs in Hatman
- Your HAT NFT is your character in Hatman. For v1.0, we are limiting customization to the TYPE of hat and COLOR of hat.
- The rarity of your HAT NFT grants increased modifiers to APE TIME, our invulnerability mode. Common through Legendary ranges from a +10% to +50% modifier on APE TIME.

How do I earn?
You must hold a HAT NFT or pay a flat fee of Hat Coin in order to access the play-to-earn rewards of Hatman.
How much can I earn?
2% of the total prize pool wallet will be paid out to players every 24 hours. Your payout is determined by your score on the global leaderboard. The prize pool wallet payout resets every 0:00 AM UTC.
How do I top score?
By beating the game with some style.
Our Goal is to deliver a fun game that is easy to play and easy to earn, while adding value to our NFTs and creating demand for the Hat Coin.
